1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and high5my ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, accessing or using any service on the high5my platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using our platform. high5my reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

The high5my platform operates under international licensing and offers lawful online gambling services to eligible adults. We are committed to providing a safe, transparent and responsible gaming environment.

2 User Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at high5my, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or other recognised identification document.
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Provide truthful, accurate and current information during the registration process.
• Have never been declared bankrupt and have never had an account suspended or deactivated by high5my previously.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or by someone acting on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any fund balance without notice.

high5my reserves the right at any time to request that users verify their identity by submitting supporting documents such as a copy of their MyKad, bank statement or proof of address. Failure to fulfil a verification request within the specified timeframe will result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

high5my accepts a range of popular and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in the same member's name. high5my does not accept payments from third parties. Withdrawals will also only be credited to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to the identity verification process.

high5my reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of platform policy. Funds involved in such cases may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms and Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by high5my are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of 200% on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 — bonus RM200 — balance RM300 — wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit RM600 — bonus RM500 (maximum cap) — balance RM1,100 — wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.
• Bonuses may only be used to play eligible games on the high5my platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the wagering requirements first.
• Each member is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• high5my reserves the right to void a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or an attempt to manipulate the wagering requirements.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback through the VIP programme, special rewards and seasonal offers will have their terms set out separately. high5my reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

high5my members agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Registering more than one account with the intention of committing fraud or abusing bonuses.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, scripts or any method that provides an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other members or high5my staff.
• Using a high5my account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information or falsified documents during the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Sharing account login details with any other party.

Violating any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action including permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of fund balances and / or reporting to the relevant authorities. high5my reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent or illegal activities.

6 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the high5my platform — including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, user interface, text, software and source code — is the exclusive property of high5my or its relevant licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the high5my platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, sale or exploitation of platform content without written permission from high5my is strictly prohibited.

7 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The high5my platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. high5my does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Maintenance, upgrades or unexpected technical disruptions may occur at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, high5my will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of money from gambling activity. Members acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and choose to play at their own risk.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the high5my customer support team. Any valid remaining funds will be returned to the member once all conditions have been met and the verification process is complete.

high5my reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Confirmation that the member is underage (under 21 years old).
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions detected by our system.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member or their lawful representative.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which high5my is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the high5my platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a negotiated resolution is not reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction. The language used in any legal proceedings shall be as agreed upon by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
